Terms and
Conditions
- Your holiday
let will be ready on the day of your arrival from 4.30pm. It would
be greatly appreciated if you did not arrive any earlier than
this as preparations for you arrival will still be underway
- Check out
on the day of your departure is 10.00am
- Please leave
the cottages clean and tidy and let us know of any breakages,
so that the next guests can enjoy their holiday
- A £100
non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. However
if you have to cancel your booking for whatever reason, then please
let us know as soon as possible. If we are able to re-let under
the same original terms and conditions, then we will refund 50%
of your deposit. The balance of the rental due is payable one month prior to your arrival date.
- We recommend
that you take out holiday cancellation insurance.
