Terms and Conditions

Changeover Day: Saturday. Short Break changeover Friday preferred but would accommodate other days. Maid Service/Laundry: Weekly. Pets 1. No Smoking.
Your holiday let will be ready on the day of your arrival from 4.30pm. It would be greatly appreciated if you did not arrive any earlier than this as preparations for you arrival will still be underway
Check out on the day of your departure is 10.00am
Please leave the cottages clean and tidy and let us know of any breakages, so that the next guests can enjoy their holiday
All bookings are subject to a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance of the rental due is payable 12 weeks prior to your arrival date.
In the case of bookings made less than 12 weeks before the commencement of the holiday weeks the charge is payable in full on booking. Full payment must be then made by credit or debit card.
We recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance.
