The Mill House

The open plan living room is filled with light from three lovely windows overlooking Little Wood, the mill stream and the garden.It is spacious with comfortable sofas (including a double sofa bed), electric stove and central heating. It has television, DVD, and stereo on which to play your own cds for a truly relaxing time. The only noise from outside are the stream and the birds.

The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge, and electric oven and hob, and upstairs one double bedroom and one twin bedroom each with its own en-suite, with bath and shower. The downstairs toilet and cloakroom is large and roomy for disabled access.

The Wheel House

The large kitchen/dining room faces south and is equipped to a high standard with dishwasher, fridge, electric oven and hob. The warm and comfortable sitting room has patio doors on to Little Wood and the fields beyond. There are comfortable sofas, (one a sofa bed), TV, Stereo, DVD. It is quiet and peaceful - you can listen to the silence!

You can enjoy a drink on the patio in the evening and cook supper under the stars on your barbeque. Or if you prefer there are superb places to eat - award winning restaurants in all the Border towns. A local firm will even bring your meal to you! Two comfortable bedrooms are upstairs each with its own ensuite.

Woodmans

This cottage is ideal for a couple. The open plan living area has a luxurious leather sofa and electric stove for peaceful evenings after a day spent in the beautiful Borders countryside. The bedroom has it's own ensuite and overlooks the Walled Garden. There are steps into the garden which is a real suntrap and ideal for summer barbeques.
